At the Boyd Law Corporation, we advocate on your child's behalf and educate you about the legal process of obtaining the best services for your child. Whether you are the parent of a kindergarten through 5th grader facing difficulty reading or writing, or a parent of a toddler experiencing developmental delays, we can guide you through the process and help you obtain the best services for your child from his/her school district and/or regional center.
What We Do
For school age children, we walk you through the process of advocating for your child in an IEP and teach you the techniques for obtaining the best services for your child.
For toddlers with developmental delays, we link you with the best and brightest service providers and parent advocacy groups in the area, obtain the highest quality and quantity of services, and educate you on how to be the best advocate for your child.
Now's the time to ask for services for your child. A good teacher will notice if your child is struggling. Contact the teacher to discuss your concerns.
With toddlers, there's no time to waste. Children can be diagnosed with autism and begin receiving services as early as 14 months of age.
Don't delay. If you think your child is having a problem, you are probably correct. Parents know their children better than anyone else does. Trust your instincts and begin championing your child's rights now.
Please contact us anytime! We look forward to hearing from you.
